Each cleaner lists only the services they specialise in, so you can find a dedicated specialist or an all-rounder.

GoTidy is a marketplace platform that connects you with independent cleaning businesses. If you're not satisfied with the quality of a clean, we encourage you to first contact the cleaner directly through the platform to give them the opportunity to resolve the issue. Because all cleaners are verified and reviewed, our standards are significantly higher than unvetted alternatives like Facebook groups.

You can cancel a booking more than 3 hours before the scheduled time through your customer dashboard. If you need to reschedule, contact the cleaner directly through the platform's messaging system to arrange an alternative time. We recommend giving as much notice as possible — cleaners rely on confirmed bookings for their income.

The sign-up takes you through a 4-step onboarding: your basic details, company information (including ABN), services offered, and staff cleaner details if applicable. After onboarding, submit your insurance and police check documents through your dashboard for admin verification.

GoTidy is currently in Beta and completely free for cleaners. No commissions, no monthly fees, no pay-per-lead charges. Cleaners who join during Beta will receive a grandfather rate when paid plans launch. We will give you advance notice before any charges apply and you can cancel at any time.

Your cleaner dashboard gives you full control over bookings (accept, reject, complete, assign to staff), invoicing (create branded PDF invoices, send via email, track payment status), and customer management. Automated follow-up emails are sent to customers when invoices are outstanding — you don't need to chase payments manually.
